# Sandbox Free Tier

NeevCloud Agentic Studio offers 1,500 free Sandbox minutes per month, equivalent to 25 hours of runtime at 2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM, or 50 hours at 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM. The free tier is available to new and existing users. Additional charges may apply to configurations exceeding the free-tier limits.

You can check your remaining free-minute balance in the Agentic Studio dashboard.

## How Free Minutes Work

* **Monthly allowance:** 1,500 free minutes per organisation per calendar month.
* **Eligibility:** Both new and existing users are eligible.
* **Monthly reset:** The allowance resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC.
* **No rollover:** Unused minutes do not carry forward to the next month.
* **Shared allowance:** Sandboxes and Agents share the same 1,500-minute monthly allowance across the organisation.

The free-minute allowance is shared across the organisation, not allocated separately to each user. The 20 GB free disk storage allowance is also shared across all Sandboxes and Agents under the organisation.

***

## Free Tier Configuration and Storage

The free tier covers configurations of up to **2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM per Sandbox or Agent**.

The first **20 GB of disk storage per organisation is free**, shared across all Sandboxes and Agents, including paused Sandboxes. Storage usage exceeding 20 GB is chargeable.

The 20 GB free storage allowance is separate from the monthly free-minute allowance. Each default Sandbox uses 10 GB of disk storage, so two default Sandboxes can use the entire 20 GB free storage allowance.

## How Usage Is Calculated

Free minutes are deducted based on the resources allocated to your Sandbox or Agent.

| Configuration | Free Minutes Consumed | Approximate Runtime with 1,500 Free Minutes |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM | 0.5 free minutes per minute of runtime | 50 hours                                    |
| 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM | 1 free minute per minute of runtime    | 25 hours                                    |

Running multiple Sandboxes or Agents simultaneously consumes the shared monthly free-minute allowance faster.

Configurations exceeding the free-tier limits may incur additional charges according to the applicable pricing rules. Configurations with different CPU and memory combinations may have different usage calculations and charges.

If your organisation has insufficient wallet credits, you may need to add credits before deploying a larger configuration.

***

## What Happens When Free Minutes Run Out?

When your organisation's free-minute allowance is exhausted, running Sandboxes are paused, and their files are retained. The free-minute allowance resets at the beginning of the next calendar month.

If your organisation has sufficient wallet credits, usage beyond the free allowance is billed according to the applicable pricing.

## Important Things to Know

* KYC verification must be approved before you can create a Sandbox.
* Pausing a Sandbox stops CPU and memory metering. Disk storage exceeding the organisation's 20 GB free storage allowance may incur charges even while the Sandbox is paused.
* Free minutes are consumed during active runtime. No free minutes are deducted while a Sandbox is Pending or Paused.
* Free minutes cannot be transferred between organisations or converted into wallet credit.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.ai.neevcloud.com/agentic-studio/overview/getting-started/sandbox-free-tier.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
